| San Diego California PAY A "FEE" IF YOU ARE INNOCENT, PAY FINE IF YOU ARE GUILTY. Get a parking ticket for being legally parked and prove it. There is a $10 "fee" for your time and effort. The city needs more money; they just write tickets to innocent people preferably visitors from out of state. If you can prove you are innocent they just reduce the fine to a fee for being innocent, thank you for visiting. | ||||||
| Now if your car gets stolen in San Diego and the cops find it they will have it towed and charge you double for towing. Three blocks cost me a bit over $200. I guess you call it the government policy of victimizing the victims. Otherwise San Diego is a great place to live. The city council although they seem to be working on a pretty low IQ and make some mistakes are still ahead in ending up with a great city that seems to be getting better. It is a city and becoming more of one, but by embracing that it can becoming a great city. | ||||||
